The client R&D team required support to develop training programs for internal and external audiences on their upcoming clinical trial protocols, as well as additional support to assist with managing internal stakeholders throughout training development.

Manage Training Development With Internal Protocol Team and Identify Training Needs

We coordinated with each study team to review existing training content, outline training requirements, and determine the customized training to add for the internal study team and the external Site Initiation Visit (SIV) and Investigator Meeting (IM) attendees.

Develop Distance Learning for Internal Client Team for Each Study Protocol

E-Modules provided internal client stakeholders for each study with foundational information on the protocol synopsis and the full protocol details.

Develop Live Training for External Audiences at the SIV and IM for Each Study Protocol

Our team developed the agendas and assembled the presentation slides (leveraging existing slides and creating new slides when needed) for the SIV and IM of each study.

For each study, internal client teams received training on the study protocol, and external participants received training on the protocol details and proceedings at the IM and SIV.
